Nearly 40 cities and counties across California have passed eviction moratorium ordinances or through executive order have imposed eviction moratoriums. In addition, the State of California, through Governor Newsom’s Executive Order, has imposed an eviction moratorium applicable to jurisdictions that do not have a local moratorium. Be sure to stay up to date on these local eviction moratoriums and the many recent amendments and updates that have been imposed.
