Today, everyone is struggling to collect rent and meet their financial obligations. If you are negotiating with your lender or want to take advantage of low interest rates and new mortgage products, this webinar is for you.
This webinar is sponsored by Berkadia Commercial Mortgage, LLC, a joint venture of Berkshire Hathaway and Jeffries Financial. JOIN US as mortgage banking expert, Allan Freedman discusses the state of the mortgage lending market, how to deal with your lender should YOU find yourself in trouble, and how to take advantage of today’s low rates and new lending products.
During the webinar, we will also cover the following:
- How to best take advantage of today’s low interest rates and where interest rates are headed under a President Biden administration.
- What is new from the Federal Government – What can you expect from Freddie and Fannie?
- What can the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) do for YOU?
- 7-Year ARM, 10-Year Fixed, 15-Year Fixed? What do YOU qualify for, and what is the best loan product for YOU and the mid-to-long-term horizon? If you are not sure of the difference between an “ARM” or a “Fixed,” YOU better show up to this webinar!
- and so much more! Your questions will help lead the discussion.
This will be a live, interactive, online learning session. Live Q&A will take place throughout the online seminar.
