Kari Negri
Chief Executive Officer, SKY Properties 

Kari Negri is the Chief Executive Officer of SKY Properties in Toluca Lake.  Throughout her career, Kari has been at the forefront fighting for the rights of rental property owners. Founded by Kari in 1997, SKY Properties offers hands-on, boutique-level property management at a competitive price for multi-tenant property owners. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles (AAGLA) and is a regular contributor to AAGLA’s “Apartment Age” magazine.  She also serves as the Co-Chair of AAGLA’s State Committee and is AAGLA’s.delegate to the National Apartment Association.

Sharlene Oddy
Systems Support and Training Manager, Cirrus Asset Management, Inc

Sharlene Oddy has been the System Support and Training Manager at Cirrus Asset Management since 2105.  Based in Woodland Hills, Cirrus Asset Management manages over 200 properties across 7 states and 80 cities.  Prior to her current position, she was a property manager at Park Sierra Apartment, a 776-unit community owned by GHP Management.  She has also held several previous positions as property manager.

Paul Tennen
President, Linder and Associates

Paul Tennen is the President of Linder & Associates, a real estate management and maintenance firm based in Los Angeles.  He earned his B.A. in Economics from the University of Southern California and has an extensive real estate background having served as investment specialist for Total Investment Real Estate Brokerage, and later as a senior advisor for Sperry Van Ness, a nationwide real estate brokerage, and then CDI Investment Group Inc., a multifamily investment and management firm he founded. In 2012, Paul purchased Linder & Associates and has expanded its operations to more than 2,200 apartment units in 150 buildings throughout Southern California.

Matt Williams
Principal, Williams Real Estate Advisors

Matt is the Principal of Williams Real Estate Advisors, Inc., a full-service property management company with approximately $150 Million of multifamily assets under management throughout Southern California.  Following years of real estate investment and mortgage banking experience, in 2012 he founded Williams Real Estate Advisors, Inc. which now manages 90 properties.


Daniel Yukelson

Daniel Yukelson is currently the Executive Director, Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles (AAGLA).  As Certified Public Accountant, Yukelson began his career at Ernst & Young, the global accounting firm, and had served in senior financial roles principally as Chief Financial Officer for various public, private and start-up companies.
